Gosh Ulrike I would need to go on a very long walk to burn off the calories after eating this yummy pastry! You have captured the shine off that pastry so well, it really does look good enough to eat! The plate really is beautifully painted and I like the tile surface with the shadow too. A wee gem of a painting.
