Demo Tubes - Demo Tuben
This is my first MDF-board. I gessoed it just once and I think it's better to do it twice. Anyway. It's a very interesting technique to start with and acrylic basis, this time in a brown tone. You already see the raw shapes and you can find out the shadows. Then I started with the watersoluble oil colours.

I just lost the comment I just typed to you! try again! I have to go to the optican in a moment! I like to see how you have built up the stages in your painting, very interesting to see. I would say the MDF panel is a success. Do you think it will be better to paint on if you gesso twice.
AntwortenLöschenToday I've gessoed some more panels, also twice. I think the panels are better for oil than for acrylic paint. Nevertheless, I can already show one with acrylics O;-)
