Tiny Tomato

Today I found one last of those tiny MDF panels and there was still this tiny tomato - part of the many tomatoes there are to pick from the flower boxes on my balcony - in the studio fridge.

Heute fand ich das letzte jener kleinen MDF-Paneele und auch diese kleine Tomate - Teil der vielen Tomaten, die noch aus den Blumenkästen auf dem Balkon zu pflücken sind - befand sich noch im Atelierkühlschrank.

 7 x7cm / 2.8 x 2.8 inches, oil on 0.6 inches MDF, Öl auf 1,6cm MDF

Tomatoes -Tomaten

These so fresh looking tomatoes is a painting I would actually still paint the same way I did years ago. That is unusual for me and I think for other artists, too. What about you? O:-)

Diese so frisch anmutenden Tomaten sind ein Gemälde, das ich tatsächlich immer noch genauso malen würde wie vor Jahren. Das ist ungewöhnlich für mich und ich denke, auch für andere Künstler. Wie ist es bei euch? O:-)

Now, I've got two cucumber slices.... Ok, it's actually the same slice, just from the other side O:-)

Nun habe ich zwei Gurkenscheiben... Ok, tatsächlich ist es dieselbe Scheibe, nur von der anderen Seite O:-)
